Richmond City Center Residence

Situated in the heart of downtown Richmond, Richmond City Center Residence will offer over 170 rental units to independent senior living for residents age 55 and above, in addition with units for affordable and market rental units suitable for young and single parent families. Atrium believes that our senior members are an integral part of our community in providing knowledge, guidance, and wisdom to the younger generation, hence we strive to develop a residential community in which our residents will be able to live, work, and enjoy life together.

Residents will have the luxury of ease to access to numerous shopping destinations, fantastic dining experiences, and major highways and rapid transportation stations all within 10 minutes of walking distance.
